About Me

Jen: I'm a computer geek who eventually found her way into health and fitness. The catalyst was my mother, who sadly passed away in 2007. I made a promise to her that I'd take better care of myself and I stuck with it. Since then I've lost 35 lbs but I have more to lose. I also like helping others find their own path towards being healthier by offering them support, motivation, or just pointing them in the right direction.
